We undertook a Building Condition Survey for the University of Auckland across their property portfolio of 113 buildings. The client was seeking to understand the state of these buildings so they could prioritise repairs and planned maintenance.

We created a Long Term Maintenance Plan for the Dilworth Senior Campus for the next 15 years. This Plan provides the school with an understanding of the current state of their buildings.

Goodman - Survey

We were engaged to prepare reports for the southern corridor improvements in Auckland, for both commercial and residential properties with varying conditions and sizes along the motorway. The project also required us to complete 3D scans of the premises to collect data on property levels.

We undertook a national asset management survey for Woolworths. The purpose of the survey was to record the locations of and apply barcode tags to, all the assets belonging to the company in all their stores.

We worked with Metlifecare across their portfolio to provide a range of building surveying services to their existing buildings.
