About Hampton Jones

James Bundy

James graduated with an honours degree in Building Surveying from UWE Bristol in 1997 then completed his further two year Assessment of Professional Competency to become a full Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

James commenced his working career with a number private development projects, focusing on the refurbishment and redevelopment of historic property. Further to obtaining a degree in Building Surveying James worked for Osmond Tricks, Consultant Surveyors in Bristol, dealing with Commercial, Retail, Residential and Health Care sectors. Clients included Royal SunAlliance, Deloitte Touche, First Choice, Bakers Dolphin, Gulliver’s Travels, R & B Foods, Bristol City Council and Avon Health Authority. Work included make good/dilapidations claims and negotiations, lease liability management, due diligence surveys, development monitoring, design and project management of repairs, fit-outs, renovations and redevelopments.

James left the UK to spend a year to do voluntary work then continued with private development projects whilst working as a Consultant to Joyce Group, providing technical assistance and specialist reports for Developers, Body Corporates and private individuals. James then left to establish Hampton Jones in 2005.
