Structural assessments are provided to our clients for a number of reasons. Typical scenarios are assessments for insurers, existing building owners or prospective building owners, sometimes part of a wider Due Diligence process.
Assessments range from investigations to specific structural elements, to full building reviews for seismic compliance and failures.
We have extensive experience with residential properties and commercial/industrial property.
Most notably Hampton Jones recently provided a large volume of structural assessment surveys for buildings in Christchurch affected by the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes.
