Design Management provides a collaborative approach to the design process to achieve the client’s project requirements in terms of cost, quality, time and sustainability.
Hampton Jones will provide a single point of contact between the client and the design team. We will manage the consultants to provide a fully coordinated design to ensure design programme milestones and submission of consent documents is achieved.
Hampton Jones will also integrate contractors and key subcontractors as required into the design phase to provide essential buildability advice and co-ordinate with the cost managers to adhere to the budget and quality requirements.
