Architectural (or Technical) Draughting is a fast, cost effective service to provide highly detailed designs for any new build or refurbishment project.
Where a concept plan has already been developed, or a full architectural service is not required, our architectural/technical draughtspersons can develop the plans to full working drawings ready for consent and construction. As the focus is on build-ability and compliance, the designs provide cost effective solutions to deliver the envisaged project.
For works on existing buildings, we would review the property file (where available) and inspect the property to ascertain critical junctions and details. Where necessary, a full measured survey can be undertaken, and intrusive investigations completed to minimise otherwise unforeseen design issues.
