Hampton Jones was established in 2005 by Brian Jones BSc (Hons) MBA MRICS and James Bundy BSc (Hons) MRICS as a RICS accredited private practice.

As Chartered Building Surveyors, Hampton Jones has a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing advice and solutions on matters affecting existing and new buildings, covering aspects such as defects analysis; building surveys; specifications; budgeting; resource management and building code issues; lease obligations; expert witness; project management etc.

Hampton Jones breadth of skill and expertise enables us to fully understand the client’s needs and the factors affecting their property issues in order that we can tailor our services to their specific requirements. With extensive experience in corporate real estate and property development, we are fully aware of the commercial realities affecting property ownership and occupation, and specialise in matters affecting leased properties, such as due diligence surveys, make good/dilapidations, fit-outs, refurbishments and lease liability management.
